Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in your proposal.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, paid tools and AI usage fees are billed separately unless included in your quote.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access needed for the project in good time. Delays in these may affect the agreed timeline.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party software, fonts, stock media and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results
We work hard to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, sales or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
